WHEAT FLOUR TYPE 1- 1KG

Product intended for the production of bread, specialized pasta and confectionery, ideal for fresh pasta (pastry dough, pasta, lasagna), for special products and the finest delicacies. Product with high standard, guaranteeing final results of excellent quality. It presents a final product with a light color. It can be used in the manufacture of various products, guaranteeing the best results in all. It has low ash content, ensuring results with low levels of pigmentation.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid.

Allergens:

Contains wheat derivatives. May contain Rye, Barley, Oats, Soy and Triticale. Contains Gluten.

This product is fortified with 4 mg to 9 mg of iron /100g and 140ug to 220g folic acid /100g.

The enrichment of flours with iron and folic acid is a strategy to combat malformation of babies during pregnancy and anemia.
